Library Liaison Program
Each librarian has responsibility for one or more subject areas, departments or schools. This allows them to acquire familiarity with reference sources and collections pertinent to these areas. The liaison librarian notifies faculty of new resources in their area and serves as a contact person for the faculty when they have questions or suggestions for the library.
Faculty members are encouraged to share their class assignments, ideas for new courses, and research needs/interests with their librarian.
The liaison program is designed to facilitate communication and cooperation between faculty and librarians so feel free to contact your liaison librarian if you have any questions!
