The library subscribes to the Harvard Business Review (HBR) in an online format accessible through library databases.
Academic OneFile, Business Insights: Essentials, Educators Reference Complete, and General OneFile databases have access to HBR from Jan. 1997 – May 2000 only. However, primary access is through the database, Business Source Ultimate which has full coverage, 1922-present.
Restrictions on HBR Articles
Many HBR articles can be found in full text through Business Source Ultimate. However, there are some articles published by Harvard Business Review that have restrictions placed on them by the publisher. Typically, these are high-use articles. The restrictions limit printing, saving, emailing, or downloading the full text of the article. You can read the article online with no restrictions.
HBR 10 Must Read Series
HBR 10 Must Read book series are collections of classic HBR articles on various topics. Articles in these collections can be accessed individually through Business Source Ultimate. These individual articles are subject to publisher restrictions within the databases.
