To access the Tennessee Code Annotated click the link below.

To search for other state codes:

  • Click on the Criminal Justice topic box on the Nexis Uni homepage. 
  • On the right side is a box entitled Search State and Federal Statutes. 
  • Choose State, not Federal. 
  • Type in the name of the state.
  • Then enter a topic area in the next search box. 
  • Finally, click on Find to execute the search.
