During the Spring 2019 Semester, many students found research assistance by using several of the library's research guides. They could identify databases, follow links, find examples for documentation, and understand key resources by using the guides.

A library has many ways of measuring its usage and activity--the number of users, number of items checked out, number of databases used, numbers of times librarians assist students in finding information, number of instructional sessions, number of loans to or from other libraries, and many others.
Does it matter? Sure! Statistics help us to have evidence that we are meeting our students' needs. That's the bottom line. Here's some of that proof for Waggoner Library.
