Library Hours 

Fall & Spring Semester Hours (mid-August - first of May)

Monday-Thursday: 8 am-Midnight

Friday: 8 am-4:30 pm

Saturday: 10 am-4 pm

Sunday: 3 pm-Midnight

Please know that library hours may change during holidays, semester breaks, and inclement weather. For breaks and other hours, check here. Changes in library hours will be posted on the library home page as soon as possible. Please contact us with any questions.

NOTE: Card Swipe access using your Trevecca ID is required for main entrance access after 5 PM Sunday - Thursday. The ground floor access through Admissions is card swipe access at all times.

STUDYING AT THE LIBRARY

 

Waggoner Library has great spaces to get work done. - If you are in Nashville, take advantage of Waggoner Library's study spaces. From numerous computers to collaborative mediascapes and group study rooms, we have a variety of spaces and tools for you to use. Mediascapes are perfect for group work. Click here to schedule.

Is there a Technology Lending Library?

If you need headphones, a laptop, charging cables, a tabletop whiteboard, markers/erasers, or ring lights for videoing, the Technology Lending Library can help. The Information Desk has these plus many more gadgets and technology items to check out and use in the library.  Some can be checked out for several days. Where can I work with a group of classmates?

Group study rooms are found on the main and second floors. Several study rooms can be reserved in advance! See below. Several can seat 3 to 8, while the majority seat up to four. All have whiteboards and network/electrical connections. Dry-erase markers can be checked out from the main circulation desk.

Book a Group Study Room

Study rooms can be reserved in advance. Reservations are accepted for groups of 3 or more ONLY.  When you arrive at your reserved time and find that others are using the room, ask the librarian for assistance. The rooms may be used without making a reservation, but those with an approved booking have priority. Click here to book a study room.

What about printing in the library?

Students can print to the Papercut printers. Print jobs are released by either tapping or sliding your TNU ID to release the print job.

Can you bring food or drink to the library?

Food-free zones are located around the computers on the main & ground floors and the Library Instruction Room. Waggoner NINETEEN| 01 coffee bar on the main floor serves coffee, teas, pastries, and grab-n-go lunches. Be mindful of your space. Keep it clean.

For Non-Traditional/Graduate (GRAE) Student Writing Services

Although the focus of the programs provided by the Academic Services office is on traditional undergraduate students, services provided through the Writing Center are available to all students [traditional undergraduates as well as graduate and adult education (GRAE) students].  Click now to open the URL for how to request these services.
