What Do Students Say

After instruction sessions, students are asked what they learned. Here are some of their replies.

I learned more about the online resources, more specifically ProQuest. I'm not sure how I made it to my junior year of college without knowing about this resource.

I think learning how to use JSTOR will make researching and writing my paper ten times easier.

I learned about more time efficient ways that I can do research. Also, I thought that it was good to learn about more databases than just ProQuest. It helped me to be better prepared to write this research paper.

I learned a lot more about how to use the library website. I didn’t even know there was a library website before, but now that I know how to use it, I feel a lot more comfortable about this upcoming assignment.

Previously I used Google Scholar but you don’t have access to the full article. Now I know how to use the Trevecca databases.

I learned how to work smart and keep my research organized.
