Films on Demand's Master Academic Collection offers streaming video of over 7,000 full-length titles in the humanities, social sciences, business, economics, health, medicine, science and mathematics. These videos are made available by Films Media Group from producers such as Films for the Humanities, Cambridge Educational, NOVA, A&E, and PBS. Unlimited, simultaneous, 24/7 access, in class or off site, is provided.

Successful Speaking Series
This nine-part series is an effective tool for the introductory speech course at the secondary or college level. Dr. Jessica Stowell provides simple step-by-step explanations of the various components and skills required for effective communication. 9-part series, 23–33 minutes each.

The Great Speeches Video Series is available in Films on Demand. Each volume contains at least 5 speeches, in their entirety, by some of the greatest speakers of the 20th and 21st centuries. This series provides great inspiration for your own speeches.

Great Speeches Video Series
This remarkable 29-part series features some of history’s most influential addresses. Watch as FDR declares war, Churchill attacks Hitler, Harry Truman announces the bombing of Japan, Lou Gehrig bids farewell to baseball, Martin Luther King Jr. relays his dream, Nixon resigns the presidency, Reagan pleads the Berlin Wall be torn down, and a young Barack Obama ignites a 2004 convention. Each speech is accompanied by a biography and analysis of both the event and the speech itself. 29-part series, 70–160 minutes each.
