Library Resources

eBooks

You can find books (Print and eBooks) by searching the library website. Discovery search allows you to search for print and eBooks simultaneously. Use the filters on the left side of the result page to choose print books or eBook format.

eBooks

Waggoner eBook collections integrate over 200,000 full-text eBooks into Discovery Search.  Below are several eBook titles in the management and leadership subject area.

  • Click here to see a full list of eBook titles in these subjects.
  • Click the Access online button to open the eBook.
  • Waggoner eBook collections have options for the book to be checked out to an eReader (laptops, tablets, iPads, or smartphones are all eReader devices), or print sections of the book or view it online. In order to take advantage of those options, you will need to create an account, and it's free!

EBook Central and EBSCO eBooks are our two primary eBook collections. You can search them separately or by using Discovery Search.

Learn more about eBooks, creating accounts, checking out and copying content from eBooks from the eBook Research Guide.

Journal Articles

You'll find journal articles using library databases. You may want to use other databases beyond what is linked below. The A-Z Databases page links to all library databases. Start by viewing the short tutorial below Discovery Search: Journal Articles (3 min 09 sec) to learn more about searching for journal articles.

Primary Healthcare Databases

Databases are listed in alphabetically order. Read the descriptions and click on the title that meets your needs to begin the search.

Business and Legal Databases

Need to search broader? Use one of our multidisciplinary databases.

Harvard Business Review (HBR)

The library has access to several Harvard Business School publications: articles, cases & books. Many HBR articles are viewed full text with no restrictions. However, there are some articles with restrictions that limit printing, email, saving or copying. Read more about that below.

Direct links are below to view Harvard Business School Cases or Harvard Business School Press Books. HBR articles are accessed through Business Source Ultimate.

Newspapers

Databases are great places to search many types of newspapers and news services.

They include national and international resources as well as regional sources.
